BIOGRAPHY

Portrait and figure painter in oil. Born on 8th March 1869 in London. Studied at the RA Schools from 1889. Exhibited at the Royal Academy from 1891, and was elected R.O.I. 1900, R.P. 1904, A.R.A. 1923, R.A. 1932. Lived in Dorset and in London where he died on 11th April 1934.
