BIOGRAPHY
Anna Lea Merritt first exhibited at the Royal Academy in 1878. Paintings include
Ophelia (1880),
St Cecilia (1886),
La Belle Dame Sans Merci (1884) and
Love Locked Out (1890). The latter painting is at the Tate Gallery, London.
