Alluring Alexa

Alexa Wilding was one of Rossetti's most frequent models from 1865 onwards. The two became loyal friends, but their relationship never developed the intensity of those Rossetti shared with other frequent models.

10/13/2006 8:59:12 AM	Lysia	That's very interesting, I was always curious about Rossetti's muses and I think there is a question about who was the model for Lilith, some say Alexa, some Fanny Cornforth, Chiaroscuro said it was originally one than he substituted her face for the other. They are all lovely anyway!
